Situated in the heart of the Santa Clarita Valley, the Cinema Drive
project is a combination of restaurant and retail space. The structure
is steel framed with stucco exterior. Extensive shear walls are
employed. The project required a large span roof. Other details include
a large hexagonal "wing" of the building and a tile covered
tower supported at the mid-section of the roof.
