Ramsdell Court is a 39 unit condominium project located in La
Crescenta, California. The project was previously designed to be
entirely wood frame construction. Our offices redesigned the project,
changing the second floor level to a concrete slab with wood framing
above. These changes reduced the cost of the project by over $300,000
and accelerated the completion schedule by more than 2 months
